LUIS RABELL
LPR Builders is headed by Luis P. Rabell. With over 30 years experience building in Florida, Luis Rabell has currently built over 5,000 homes.
Mr. Rabell was President of Century Homebuilders, during which time it was recognized as the top-builder in Miami-Dade County and the winner of 64 Florida´s BEST awards in one year.
An active member of the building community of South Florida, Luis Rabell was President for the Builders Association of South Florida (BASF) in 2003.
Currently, he is a proud member and Director for Builders Association of South Florida, Florida Housing Building Association, and National Builders Association.
Luis Rabell is also Chairman of the Affordable Housing Advisory Board of Miami-Dade County. |

MAYRA RABELL
LPR Builder's Vice-President of Sales is Mayra Rabell. Mayra Rabell obtained her Real Estate License over 10 years ago and has since been a part of the building industry as a Real Estate Agent.
She is also LPR Builders Sales & Marketing Director, a role where her vast experience with client customer service, coupled with her constant desire to exceed industry standards successfully allows her to manage all of LPR Builders development projects.
With extensive sales and operations experience in various South Florida market segments, Mayra Rabell enjoys working closely with our clients, so that they can fulfill the dream of buying an affordable, high quality home. |

CYNTHIA RUIZ
Cynthia Ruiz, In-house Counsel and Executive Vice-President for LPR Builders, received her Juris Doctorate from American University´s - Washington College of Law (WCL).
After successfully completing the Florida Bar Examination, she became a member of the Florida Bar in 2004.
Ms. Ruiz then went to work for the Capital Collateral Regional Counsels Office. While working at CCRC, she acquired expertise in legal research and writing.
Currently, at LPR Builders, Cynthia Ruiz advises company president Luis Rabell on residential and real property acquisition.
She is also an advisor to accounting, banking and contractual agreements review. In 2006, she became a Director for the Builders Association of South Florida. |

CRISTINA RICO
With over a decade of experience in the homebuilding industry, Cristina Rico plays a key role in LPR Builders, Inc. as Office Manager.
Ms. Rico graduated from Florida International University in 2003, obtaining a Bachelor´s degree in Business.
In 1996, she began as an Assistant Closing Coordinator, and since then has taken on the role of Closing Coordinator at LPR Builders.
Cristina Rico is also our Color Selection Coordinator, which she especially enjoys due to the interpersonal relationships she develops assisting our client´s needs.
Ms. Rico further assists with accounting and contract transactions. |

LORRAINE RIVAS
The first voice you will likely hear when you call our office, Lorraine Rivas is LPR Builders secretary, customer service representative, and administrative assitant to LPR´s team leaders.
Ms. Rivas is currently obtaining her Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration.
She will be happy to assist you with any question you may have.
